How to check my deposit and withdrawal progress?
The completion progress of deposits and withdrawals is reflected through block confirmations. Block confirmation is the action of block miners packaging your deposit or withdrawal transaction data into blocks (data blocks). Each time 1 block confirmation is completed, it represents completing 1 block confirmation. Different cryptocurrencies require different numbers of block confirmations on different networks.
How to check block confirmations?
Answer: To understand the block confirmations required for a certain cryptocurrency to arrive, you can click [Deposit] in the App [Assets] section - select [Deposit Cryptocurrency], choose the deposit currency and network. At the bottom of the deposit page, you can view the required network confirmations for that cryptocurrency to arrive. When the actual block confirmations reach the required block network confirmations for that cryptocurrency deposit to arrive, the assets can be credited. You can also check deposit/withdrawal progress in deposit/withdrawal records. Open the deposit/withdrawal page, click the record icon in the upper right corner, select the relevant transaction and click to view the relevant deposit/withdrawal progress.
You can also copy the "Blockchain Transaction ID" to view more information on the blockchain explorer. If your deposit/withdrawal transaction has reached the block confirmations.
Why hasn't my deposit arrived?
If your deposit hasn't arrived, there may be the following eight situations.
Situation 1: Block Confirmation Delay
If the deposit information is confirmed correct, but the assets still haven't arrived, and the record can be queried on the blockchain, please wait for the block to be fully confirmed. There will also be a certain delay for the block to sync to the platform wallet, please wait patiently.
Situation 2: Different Cryptocurrency Deposit
Before depositing, please confirm that the deposit cryptocurrency is the same as the platform's cryptocurrency. If the full name of the cryptocurrency is inconsistent, it will result in non-arrival.
Situation 3: Wrong Address and Network
Before depositing, be sure to carefully verify the deposit address and network type. For example: avoid depositing ETH to a BTC address, or depositing Ethereum network assets into an incompatible on-chain network. Such operations may result in assets not arriving.
Situation 4: Incorrect Tag/Memo
Some cryptocurrency deposits require filling in a tag (Memo/also known as Tag). You need to correctly fill in the tag for that cryptocurrency on the counterparty platform. If the tag is filled incorrectly, it cannot arrive normally. You can submit a problem feedback, explaining your detailed situation, including your deposit cryptocurrency, amount, correct tag and incorrect tag, hash value, and engineers will follow up for you.
Situation 5: Smart Contract Deposit, Cannot Arrive
When depositing, each cryptocurrency has a corresponding deposit address. Please use the deposit address generated by the deposit platform system for that cryptocurrency. Do not use the contract address of that cryptocurrency for deposit, otherwise it cannot arrive.
Situation 6: Block Reward Deposit
For example: mining rewards can only be deposited to wallet addresses. Assets must arrive at the wallet before they can be deposited to BitradeX fund accounts for trading. BitradeX does not support blockchain reward deposits.
Situation 7: Batch Deposit
Please do not use batch deposit methods for depositing. If you have already operated, it cannot arrive normally and requires engineer intervention. Please submit [Problem Feedback], select deposit not arrived, describe your problem in detail, and engineers will assist you.
Situation 8: Minimum Deposit Amount Not Reached
The platform's deposit page clearly indicates the minimum deposit amount. If the amount you deposit does not reach the minimum deposit unit of the cryptocurrency, it will not arrive.
What to do if withdrawal hasn't arrived?
The following five situations will cause your withdrawal not to arrive:
Situation 1: Wrong Withdrawal Network Selected
Choose the chain or network consistent with the recipient's address. When withdrawing, be sure to choose the same chain and network as the deposit platform.
Situation 2: Block Not Confirmed
After you send out, this fund is already in the block and needs block confirmation. Block confirmation time is not fixed. If it still doesn't arrive after block confirmation, you need to contact the counterparty platform for verification.
Situation 3: Assets Not Sent Out
When your assets are not sent out, it will show "Withdrawing" or "Waiting for Withdrawal". This is caused by a large number of withdrawal users. The system will send out one by one according to the submission time of current withdrawal users. Manual intervention is not possible, please wait patiently.
Situation 4: Incorrect Tag/Memo
You need to check on the counterparty platform's deposit page whether there is an attached tag. If yes, fill it correctly on the withdrawal page. If no tag is displayed, to protect your fund security, please first contact the counterparty platform customer service to confirm whether filling is required. If not required, you can randomly fill in 6 digits in the tag position on the BitradeX withdrawal page.
If the tag is filled incorrectly and cannot arrive normally, please contact the counterparty platform customer service in time to help you.
Situation 5: Fee Affects Arrival Speed
Regular withdrawals require network miner fees, collected by the blockchain network miners. The platform does not charge withdrawal fees. Specific fees are subject to what is displayed on the withdrawal page. The higher the fee, the faster the arrival speed.
Can wrong withdrawal addresses be refunded?
When you perform on-chain withdrawal on BitradeX and the withdrawal status reaches "Successfully Sent", it means your funds have left the BitradeX platform. If the withdrawal address or network is wrong, you need to contact the recipient or recipient platform customer service and provide the corresponding withdrawal hash value for communication and processing. Due to the anonymity of blockchain addresses, BitradeX cannot help you contact the recipient to verify the arrival status, and cannot process refunds for you.

If you made an internal transfer to the wrong account, please contact the counterparty platform customer service in time to help you. It is recommended that you carefully verify the address and confirm network selection when withdrawing.
What delays or rejections might be encountered during withdrawal?
Generally, three situations will cause withdrawal delays or rejections:
Situation 1: Block Confirmation Delay
If the withdrawal information is confirmed correct, but the assets still haven't arrived, and the record can be queried on the blockchain, please wait for the block to be fully confirmed. There will also be a certain delay for the block to sync to the platform wallet, please wait patiently.
Situation 2: Different Cryptocurrency Withdrawal
Before withdrawing, please confirm that the withdrawal cryptocurrency is the same as the platform's cryptocurrency. If the full name of the cryptocurrency is inconsistent, it will result in non-arrival.

Why was my deposit locked?
Generally, deposits are locked in two situations: buy/sell cryptocurrency transactions trigger T+N risk control, or trigger International Transfer Rule (Travel rule) additional verification.
What to do if buy/sell cryptocurrency transactions trigger T+N risk control?
Answer: When you purchase digital assets through C2C buy/sell cryptocurrency transactions, our risk control system will comprehensively evaluate your transaction risk and impose N-day restrictions on withdrawals of equivalent assets and C2C sell cryptocurrency. It is recommended that you wait patiently for N days for the system to automatically lift the restrictions.
What to do if I trigger International Transfer Rule (Travel rule) additional verification?
Answer: If you are in a regulated region, your digital assets will be subject to local laws and the International Transfer Rule (Travel rule), and you may need to supplement information to unlock. You should obtain the legal name of the withdrawer and ask whether they are sending from an exchange or a private wallet address. Other information may also be required, such as but not limited to country of residence. According to your local laws and regulations, your transaction may remain locked until you provide the required information about the person who sent you the funds. For more detailed information, you can find it in the International Transfer Rule FAQ.

What precautions should be taken when withdrawing?
1. The withdrawal page displays [Minimum Amount], [24-hour Withdrawal Limit], and [Fee]. Please pay attention to check whether they meet the corresponding parameters.
2. It is recommended that you enable address whitelist mode to protect fund security. In withdrawal whitelist mode, users cannot withdraw to manually entered new addresses, only to addresses in the address book.

4. When selecting withdrawal network, other exchanges or wallets [Deposit/Deposit Network] must be consistent with BitradeX withdrawal network, for example, both are ETH (ERC20), otherwise coins will be lost.
5. If you have completed the binding of phone number, email, and identity verification app, when you verify withdrawal, you need to verify through identity verification app and email, and cannot verify through SMS.
Why are fees charged when I withdraw?
The fee charged when withdrawing is gas fee, which is the miner fee (Gas Fee) paid as remuneration to network miners, not paid to the platform. The cryptocurrency type and specific fee amount required for withdrawal are subject to what is displayed on the page.
How are deposit and withdrawal fees charged?
Deposits do not require paying fees. Fees are paid by the withdrawing party, that is, withdrawals require paying fees. For example, when you withdraw digital assets from your platform account, withdrawal fees will be charged. But if others deposit digital assets to your account (or you deposit to your personal account), your receiving account does not need to pay fees.
Note: When your deposit amount is less than the minimum deposit amount displayed on the deposit details page, it will result in assets not arriving. Please ensure the deposit amount is greater than the minimum deposit amount. Currently, only some cryptocurrencies support recovery. If you need to recover cryptocurrencies that haven't arrived from deposits, you can contact platform customer service for help, but recovery will generate additional fees.
Fee collection standards?
Network fees change in real-time. Each withdrawal requires paying a network fee. Each transaction only charges one fee, paid by the withdrawing party; the fee required to complete a transaction depends on the complexity of the transaction. The more complex a transaction is, the more computing resources must be consumed, therefore more fees are required; Why is my transaction processing very slowly?
Answer: Hello, withdrawal transaction processing is actually the process of miners packaging transaction data and broadcasting to the entire network. The amount of fee paid will affect the speed at which your transaction is packaged by miners onto the blockchain. The higher the fee, the faster the processing; the lower the fee, the slower the processing.
How are trading fees calculated on BitradeX platform?
The system automatically calculates fees during withdrawal and provides the actual arrival amount:
Actual Arrival Amount = Withdrawal Amount - Withdrawal Fee
