Regarding the redemption time for AI Smart Investment, we have two modes:
AI Daily (Flexible): Provides flexible deposit and withdrawal options. You can submit a redemption request at any time.
AI30-360D (Fixed): Automatically redeems based on your selected order maturity date. If you choose the auto-reinvestment feature, the system will automatically purchase the corresponding AI Smart Investment product for you upon maturity.
How to View Team Earnings
You can view team earnings through the following path:

How to View Team Performance
To view team performance, please follow these steps:

How to View Your Referrer
According to platform rules, users cannot directly view the complete referrer UID. However, as customer service, you can provide partial information of the referrer UID after the user completes identity verification to assist with verification. The specific process is as follows:
User Identity Verification
Users must pass KYC real-name authentication (or have already been authenticated). If the user's KYC information does not match the account registration information, it must be corrected and approved first.
Customer Service Verification and Information Provision
After verifying the user's identity, customer service can internally query their referrer UID.
User Verification Result
The user confirms whether they know the referrer based on the last 4 digits (such as a friend, team leader, etc.).

What Earnings Will Users Generate?
First, custody earnings from smart investment: Users custody USDN to AI Smart Investment and can enjoy 0.2%～0.5% daily AI trading profit earnings;
Second, daily flexible wealth management earnings: Users' daily generated USDN is deposited into the flexible wealth management pool, generating 0.2% daily interest;
Third, referral rewards: Members who refer new users to participate in AI Smart Investment can receive 10% rewards for direct referrals and 5% for indirect referrals;
Fourth, team management rewards: When the team's total custody funds reach a certain amount, members can enjoy different levels of earnings rewards, with a minimum of 10% and a maximum of 60%. For detailed reward rules, refer to BitradeX's business model introduction document.
What is USDN?
USDN is a currency issued within the BitradeX platform, a stablecoin pegged 1:1 to USDT. USDN is a non-circulating unit and is only used as a pricing unit in AiBot.
Are All Fund Inflows and Outflows in USDN?
Regarding fund inflows and outflows:
AI (Fixed): Supports investment in any currency. After investment, the system will convert funds to USDN, and the principal will also be returned in USDN upon maturity.
AI Daily (Flexible): Supports investment in any currency, and you can freely choose the currency when withdrawing.
If the Custody Fund is BTX, Will the Funds After Maturity be in Coin Standard or Gold Standard?
Regardless of which currency you use for custody:
AI (Fixed): After investment, it will be converted to USDN, and the principal will also be returned in USDN upon maturity.
AI Daily (Flexible): You can freely choose the currency for deposit and withdrawal.
How to Transfer/Withdraw USDN?
USDN is a non-circulating unit and is only used as a pricing unit in AiBot. Therefore, it cannot circulate freely. If users want to transfer/withdraw, they need to exchange it for BTX through the exchange function to complete free circulation or withdrawal.
