To further protect your BitradeX account and assets, please review the following security tips:
Password and Two-Factor Authentication
- Use strong passwords consisting of letters, numbers, and special characters, and avoid using the same password across multiple websites. Please keep your account password safe and never share it with others.
- Be sure to enable two-factor authentication (2FA) for additional protection. You can also enable passkeys or authenticator apps instead of SMS verification to further enhance account security.
- Never share your two-factor authentication codes with anyone, and be especially vigilant against imposters who may contact you by phone, or ask you to provide screenshots, share your screen, or even grant device access permissions.
Security Settings
- Protect your personal email security. Please also set up the above security measures for your linked email, as email is an important channel for accessing your BitradeX account. To further enhance account security, it is recommended to use a dedicated email for your BitradeX account to isolate phishing attacks sent to other personal emails.
- Enable anti-phishing codes so that emails sent by BitradeX include your unique code.
Protecting Access
- Closely monitor account activity and watch for unauthorized operations. BitradeX provides logs of all logins and operations. It is recommended to regularly scan your devices with trusted antivirus and anti-malware software, and ensure you only install apps from official sources. To further protect your account security, avoid using browser plugins when logging into your BitradeX account on the web.
- Avoid accessing your BitradeX account through public Wi-Fi networks; only use networks you trust.
