Beware of scams: BitradeX platform's official customer service will not contact users by phone. Online customer service is BitradeX's only communication tool for contacting users. Any phone call claiming to be from BitradeX staff is from criminals.
As digital currency trading becomes known to more and more people, criminals also use it for fraud and other activities. With recent upgrades in criminal tactics, more and more "scams" are emerging. We hereby remind all users to carefully identify these hard-to-prevent scams to avoid financial losses. Due to the irreversibility of blockchain transfers and the anonymity of user information, once the corresponding transfer occurs or account information is compromised, your funds may be unrecoverable!

In addition, they will claim to verify whether it is your own operation, and request your mobile verification code, Google verification code, or authorization for remote login, etc., to steal account information.
3. Providing you with fake URLs, guiding you to withdraw coins to so-called "safe accounts" or transfer to designated account addresses to complete "account unfreezing," "asset conversion," etc., to further steal your assets.
4. Impersonating official SMS, emails, phone calls, etc., claiming accounts involve dirty money, accounts are high-risk, accounts are frozen, requiring operations to unfreeze, or claiming to withdraw users, no longer provide services, and requiring order verification via SMS, etc., asking you to withdraw coins to so-called "safe accounts," perform "asset conversion," provide 2FA over the phone, request QR code scanning, or go to phishing websites to verify orders, etc.
5. Impersonating BitradeX official accounts to create groups, conducting scams in the name of exchange, interest generation, smart contract activities, etc., and claiming to be so-called BitradeX "official" accounts.
