What are BitradeX Event Contracts?
A binary contract that predicts the future price rise or fall of an underlying asset (e.g., Gold/Oil), supporting only two directions: "Call" or "Put". A correct prediction earns a preset bonus, while an incorrect prediction results in the loss of the paid contract premium. There is no leverage risk.
Which underlying assets and regions are currently supported?
Currently, official support includes two trading pairs: Gold and Oil. The feature is only available to users in certain countries/regions; please refer to the latest announcement for details.
Where can I trade? What version is required?
Trading is only available on the BitradeX App [Futures] page. iOS requires at least version V1.2.8, and Android requires at least version V1.2.8. Please update to the latest version to ensure proper usage.
Do I need to open a contract account?
No. You can trade directly using funds from your Spot account or USDT-M Futures account.
Trading Costs and Rules
What is the trading threshold and cost?
The minimum per order is 5 USDT. You only need to pre-pay the contract premium. There is no margin required and no extra handling fees; costs are fixed and controllable.
Can I close or cancel a position early?
No. Once opened, the position must be held until expiration. You cannot close, modify, or cancel the order midway.
How is settlement conducted? How is profit/loss calculated?
All settlements are in USDT. At expiration, if the direction is correct, the bonus is credited directly to the payment account; if incorrect, the initially paid contract premium is lost.
How is the settlement price determined?
It is automatically determined based on the Index Price of the underlying asset at contract expiration, not the latest market transaction price.
Risk Control and Limits
Is API or PC supported?
API and the PC web version are not supported. Operations can only be performed on the mobile App.
Risk and Support
How can I view trades and history?
During trading, monitor in the App [Futures] - [Positions] page; after expiration, view in the [History] page, which shows the opening price, expiration settlement price, and P&L details.
How do I contact customer support for issues?
Open the BitradeX App → Tap [Support] → Select [Event Contract Issues]; or visit the official website [Support Center] to submit a ticket.
