The BitradeX World Cup event has successfully concluded. We sincerely appreciate the active participation and support of all users during the event. Currently, the calculation of event rewards and the verification of winning eligibility have been completed. The platform will gradually distribute cash and physical rewards. The detailed arrangements are as follows:
I. Eligibility for Rewards
- The individual ranking rewards, team ranking rewards, and milestone rewards of this event are subject to the event rules and the final statistics recorded on the platform's backend.
- All cash and physical rewards will only be distributed to winning users who have completed BitradeX Identity Verification (KYC).
- Users who have not completed KYC are not eligible to claim rewards, and the platform will not distribute cash rewards, physical rewards, or cash-out options for physical rewards to them.
II. Distribution of Cash Rewards
- Cash rewards will be distributed directly to the corresponding BitradeX accounts.
- The exact arrival time depends on the actual processing progress of the platform. Winning users are advised to monitor their account balance changes and platform notifications.
- If rewards cannot be credited due to abnormal account status, incorrect UID information, or other reasons, the platform will review and handle the situation based on actual circumstances.
III. Distribution of Physical Rewards
- For users who have completed KYC, opted for physical rewards, and submitted complete shipping information, the platform will arrange shipment after verifying the information.
- Shipping information must include: Recipient's Name, Contact Number, Email, Country/Region, Province/State, City, Detailed Shipping Address, and Postal Code.
- Once the shipping information is confirmed and enters the delivery process, no modifications will be supported in principle.
- The platform shall not bear any responsibility for returned, lost, or undelivered prizes resulting from incorrect addresses, contact details, or other shipping information provided by the user.
- The specific style, specifications, color, and packaging of physical rewards are subject to the actual items dispatched.
IV. Cash-Out Option for Physical Rewards
- Users who have completed KYC and are eligible for physical rewards can choose between physical shipment or cash-out distribution based on the options provided by the platform.
- Once the cash-out option is selected, the corresponding physical reward will no longer be shipped.
- The cash-out value of physical rewards will be distributed at 80% of the standard cash-out value of the prize (i.e., calculated with a 20% discount on the original cash-out value).
- Cash-out rewards will be credited to the winning user’s corresponding BitradeX account. The final amount is subject to the platform's final calculation.
- Users who have not completed KYC cannot opt for cash-out rewards, nor will they receive any alternative rewards in any form.
V. Milestone Rewards Explanation
Milestone rewards are cumulative. Users who reach higher milestone tiers will simultaneously receive all rewards from the lower tiers:
- Reach 5,000 points: Receive the 5,000-point tier reward;
- Reach 20,000 points: Receive both the 5,000-point and 20,000-point tier rewards;
- Reach 50,000 points: Receive the 5,000-point, 20,000-point, and 50,000-point tier rewards;
- Reach 100,000 points: Receive all four milestone tier rewards. If a user chooses the cash-out option, the cumulative physical rewards eligible for claiming will be calculated at 80% of their respective standard cash-out values.
VI. Special Notes
- Users who have not completed KYC or cannot be contacted will be deemed ineligible for reward distribution, and the platform will not reissue the rewards.
- If a single user wins multiple rewards, the platform will consolidate and distribute them based on the final backend records.
- In case of any discrepancy between the reward information submitted by the user and the platform's backend records, the platform's backend verification results shall prevail.
- If logistics, customs, regional restrictions, or other force majeure factors arise during distribution, the platform will adjust the distribution method accordingly and notify the affected users.
Special Clarifications:
- Due to international logistics transportation and customs clearance restrictions on precious metals, the BitradeX 24K pure gold badge (5g/piece) in the milestone rewards will not be shipped physically. Instead, it will be converted to cash based on its purchase value and distributed in USDT to eligible users who have completed KYC verification. The specific cash-out amount and arrival time are subject to the actual distribution results of the platform. We appreciate your understanding.
- Due to the large number of winners in this event, the announcement will not list individual winning UIDs and reward details. Users can check their personal winning status under "My Rewards" on the World Cup event page. The final winning results and distribution details are subject to the display on the event page and the platform's verification.
