The BTX Card system is currently undergoing upgrade and maintenance. To prevent any impact on your fund allocation and usage plans during this period, we recommend that you transfer your BTX Card balance to your spot account in advance, and temporarily suspend depositing new funds into your BTX Card until the system is restored. This will ensure your assets remain flexible and available.
This operation is solely to facilitate the system upgrade and maintenance, and will not affect the normal use of assets in your BitradeX spot account. Once the upgrade is complete, we will notify you immediately via an official announcement.
